The Oriya people are traditionally referred as Odiya, Odri, Utkaliya, Kalingi, Dakhini, Kosli, etc., in many places. Oriya is an ethnic community of eastern India and of eastern Indo-Aryan with its people living in Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh.
